I recently became a tenant through Kinzett & Bowler. Their personal approach and excellent efficiency meant we were in the flat we wanted as quickly as possible. Between them, the whole team were efficient, friendly and so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent in the area.

We are looking for flats to rent in Hastings and currently seeing many properties and many agents. Lady from Kinzett & Bowler stood out from everyone else by being super professional, friendly, helpful and nice. She gave us time and space to look for ourselves and was honest and open in regard to fees, landlord profile and very informed about local area and quality of living.
Though we have not chosen that particular property I hope that our ideal one will soon appear and will be marketed by Kinzett and Bowler. They are an agency I'd like to deal with!
