About Us

We first opened our doors on 1st November 2006 with a vision to provide a bespoke lettings & management service for landlords and tenants.

One of only a few agencies who specialise solely in renting property and now over 15 years later we are a firm favourite in the town, with an exceptional reputation.

In 2016 we moved to modern serviced offices in Robertson Street, which are easily accessible and central to the Town.

Georgina Kinzett

Director & Head of Accounts

Originally trained as a mortgage advisor, I was given the opportunity to run and expand a local lettings department. Opening Kinzett & Bowler over 15 years ago in 2006 with Nicola Bowler, the business has gone from strength to strength.

Beverley Logan

Senior Negotiator & Marketing Executive

Beverley has worked for the company for over 13 years, she is a highly valued member of the team with a great reputation in the Town. Originally from a sales background Beverley moved over to lettings back in 2008.


Luke Winters

Director & Head of Maintenance Division

I joined the company in 2018 and, with my engineering background, I am responsible for overseeing the operation of the maintenance division.

Hannah Nisbet

Hannah started off as an apprentice in 2017 and over 3 years later has shown her capabilities in dealing with the immense challenges property maintenance brings.
