We first opened our doors on 1st November 2006 with a vision to provide a bespoke lettings & management service for landlords and tenants. We are one of only a few agencies who specialise solely in residential lettings and now over 17 years later are a firm favourite in the area, with an exceptional reputation.
We offer a predominantly 'online' service with our admin team based at serviced offices in the Innovation Centre, Highfield Drive, St Leonards on Sea.

Georgina Kinzett
Originally from Lee Green in South East London, I moved to the Coast in around 1995 with my family. Initially I trained as a mortgage advisor and was then given the opportunity to run and expand a local lettings department, which is where it all began! Having spent all of my adult life by the Coast, I know the area very well and now live in Battle with my own family.
Establishing Kinzett & Bowler with Nicola Bowler in 2006, the business has gone from strength to strength.
Nicola moved away with her extended family in 2019 and I have continued to run the business along with my dedicated team.
I have always taken great pride in all that I do and continue to be very 'hands on' with the day-to-day running of the business, which I know is what attracts many people to an independent company.
I'm always very pleased to discuss what Kinzett & Bowler can offer a new customer!
