About Us
We first opened our doors on 1st November 2006 with a vision to provide a bespoke lettings & management service for landlords and tenants. We are one of only a few agencies who specialise solely in residential lettings and now over 15 years later are a firm favourite in the town, with an exceptional reputation.
In 2016 we moved to modern serviced offices in Robertson Street, which are easily accessible and central to the Town.

Director & Head of Accounts
Originally trained as a mortgage advisor, I was given the opportunity to run and expand a local lettings department. Opening Kinzett & Bowler over 15 years ago in 2006 with Nicola Bowler, the business has gone from strength to strength.
Beverley Logan
Senior Negotiator & Marketing Executive
Beverley has worked for the company for over 13 years, she is a highly valued member of the team with a great reputation in the Town. Originally from a sales background Beverley moved over to lettings back in 2008.
Luke Winters
Director & Head of Maintenance Division
I joined the company in 2018 and, with my engineering background, I am responsible for overseeing the operation of the maintenance division.
Hannah Nisbet
Maintenance Coordinator & Administrator
Hannah started off as an apprentice in 2017 and over 3 years later has shown her capabilities in dealing with the immense challenges property maintenance brings.
